Seth ChernoffCEO and Founder

Prior to founding Streamline in 1998, Seth had a diverse history of Engineering and Marketing for General Motors in New York and Australia, attending University in New Mexico, Adelaide & Melbourne, Australia, and even Metallurgy at Sandia National Laboratories. He is a best-selling author and lecturer, has founded multiple companies, and has tremendous passion for results-driven marketing. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Chronicle, Popular Mechanics, Business Week, USA Today, and many others.

When he isn’t immersed in customer marketing performance, he is spending time with his wife and two boys (or family dog, rabbits and gecko), or can be found running on the trails, playing ice hockey, doing yoga, or scheduling a trip to the ocean.

Zee LaFonManagement: Marketing and Creative Development

Zee leads Streamline’s creative team, crafting customer-facing communications that add brand value and grow your market share. Whether the focus is technology, retail, hospitality or higher education, Zee believes that all good creative is authentic and transformative. An avid fan of work/life balance, he enjoys snowboarding, yoga, playing bluegrass mandolin and hiking with his wife through the majestic Colorado mountains.

Dan CarlsonApplication Development and Programming

Dan has over 20 years designing and implementing databases and front-end web applications. After cutting his database design and data management skills with direct marketing database pioneer National Demographics and Lifestyles (later acquired by Equifax), Dan was involved in a start-up building custom databases for direct marketing purposes with a web-based list fulfillment system.

Dan is passionate about building rock solid data-based solutions, and web-based user interfaces utilizing advanced data analytics. When not in front of his computer, Dan spends time with his growing family and (when possible) balancing the physical abuse of snowboarding in the winter with the mental abuse of playing golf in the warmer months.

Patricia RobinsonOnline Marketing Account Administration

An experienced digital marketer, Patricia combines strategic and tactical methods to increase online conversion and revenue goals.  Specializing in paid search, online lead generation, landing page conversion and search engine optimization, Patricia takes a holistic approach to finding and implementing tactics to achieve optimal results.

When she pulls herself away from social media and keeping up with the ever-changing digital marketing field, Patricia enjoys photographing old signs, mural art on buildings and other eclectic displays of our unique American culture.

Carmella SantorelliFinance

Carmella is a former Manager of Accounting Services for a CPA firm in Santa Fe and has worked in the international contemporary art scene as a controller. Her interests are writing, literature, art, music, ballet, hiking, yoga, Pilates, meditation and the organic food movement. In her spare time (what spare time?) you will find her hiking, getting in the daily yoga practice, catching up with her writing pals (often) and cooking.

Her mother was a superb chef and Carmella enjoys the challenge of making the same rich Italian dishes with loads of healthy olive oil and only the finest, healthiest natural ingredients.
