LeTourneau University needed an impactful and well organized website to provide comprehensive information and resources to their students who were attending classes online. They also needed it delivered in 30 days.

THE STREAMLINE SOLUTION

Streamline Interactive's Website Development team created an engaging, easily navigable website using .asp technology that puts information quickly in the hands - or on the screens - of LeTourneau University students.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Custom Application Development: The website was developed based on client content and digital assets, with an emphasis on requiring a minimum of clicks to drill down to desired content. The site also integrates search and a streaming video player.

Website Design Development: We created a branded look-and-feel for the home page and secondary pages with imagery appropriate to the working adult student population.

Content Management: Our copywriters and editor blended existing content with original copy developed for this site. Care was taken to deliver a consistent voice throughout.

Programming: The site was written in CSS/XHTML compliant ASP.NET to ensure a robust site that is scalable to accommodate future need.

Content navigation: The site is broken out in three paths: "What's Online Learning Like?" provides links to information and tutorials on using Blackboard, LeTourneau's online learning system as well as Math and English tutorials.

Custom Flash Presentation

"Online Learning Resources" includes resource links to improve learning and study skills and an online writing and citation style guide.

"Academic Portfolio Links" provides guidelines for online etiquette, student expectations and links to multiple forms used through the academic process.

Additional features include a video pane on each page that rotates through the Online Learning video library, Quick Links to FAQs and technical requirements from every page, and site search.

WHAT THE CLIENT NEEDED

The Boulder Armory is a large parcel of real estate in the north end of Boulder, Colorado which has served as the training grounds and storage depot for the Colorado National Guard. Now surrounded by tremendous urban growth, the land is considered undersized and poorly configured to accommodate National Guard needs and a property exchange is being undertaken.

A consortium known as "The Armory" has been formed to guide community planning for the area's future use. The Armory needed a website to communicate its mission, its Online Branding, provide the latest development news and enlist citizen participation.

THE STREAMLINE SOLUTION

Working under a tight timeline combined with a limited budget, Streamline created a dynamic but simple Website Design Development with a visually pleasing presentation to construe community combined with positive emotion. Several existing PDF documents were integrated as downloads to minimize page load times while minimizing the re-creation of existing content. Additional features include a survey form, a page displaying ongoing survey results, a feedback form and a mailing list sign-up form.

RESULTS

The website was a great success. The current website design is not only easy to manage and maintain - it also places first in the search engines for its associated key word phrases, giving a great boost to Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

WHAT THE CLIENT NEEDED

Swaddlebees, an international wholesaler and online retailer of designer baby diaper covers and organic diapers, were looking for a dedicated marketing and development team to manage their overall marketing initiatives. Initially the objective was to immediately expand their wholesale business by increasing their network of dealers carrying Swaddlebees products.

THE STREAMLINE SOLUTION

Streamline created an outbound marketing campaign for Sales Lead Generation, designed to showcase an initial offer to over 10,000 retailers across the U.S. New landing pages were created to graphically complement the custom direct email campaign, which featured a 25 percent discount for first-time dealer orders.

Coinciding with the email blast was a fax broadcast with consistency in message and layout, combined with a very successful Voice Broadcasting campaign. Streamline created and professionally produced six Voice Broadcasting files, with three individual versions of the audio message with options to request more information with the push of a single key.

A separate voice message was used for live answers than for answering machines. An initial split-test phase was conducted using all three versions of creative across a third of the database. The most productive version was then used to complete the call campaign to the remaining list of leads.

The campaign was a success. Although the results of the campaign remain confidential, the outcome exceeded expectations with respect to the initial action, phone calls, and online requests for new dealers.
